Mr. Rogers began teachering at Ulrich Intermediate School in 2009. Prior to teaching at Ulrich, Mr. Rogers was the head band director at Klein Intermediate School. A trumpet player from Irving, Texas, Mr. Rogers graduated from Baylor University where he performed in the Baylor Wind Symphony, Baylor Symphony Orchestra, and the Baylor Golden Wave Marching Band.
Mr. Rogers teaches the trumpet, french horn, and percussion beginner class and conducts the Wind Ensemble, Concert Band, and Full Orchestra. Under his direction, the bands at Ulrich have been awarded multiple Best in Class and Superior ratings at UIL and local music festivals. Mr. Rogers maintains professional affiliations with the Texas Music Educators Association, Texas Bandmasters Association, and the International Trumpet Guild. Mr. Rogers lives in Spring with his wife Suzi Rogers, an ESL teacher in Conroe ISD, and their three children.

Mitchell Brackett
Mr. Brackett began teaching at Ulrich Intermediate in 2017. Mr. Brackett graduated from Baylor University in May 2017. While at Baylor, he studied saxophone under Dr. Michael Jacobson and participated in the Baylor Wind Ensemble, Baylor Jazz Ensemble, Golden Wave Band, and Courtside Players. Mr. Brackett is a proud member of the Texas Music Educators Association, Texas Bandmasters Association, National Association of Music Education, and Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia. Mr. Brackett currently lives in Tomball, Texas with his wife Salem Brackett and their two children.
